Our story is part of a collective and progressive process.
We invite you to take part, to contribute to a work that will bear fruit beyond the present and leave a constructive imprint for future generations.
Origins
The Caribbean Theological Institute was founded in Martinique in 2023 by Pastor Jean-François OZIER-LAFONTAINE, assisted by three friends and collaborators in Christ, architect Philippe MAUGER and pastors Thierry HERMINE and Martin R. GABRIEL, and with the support of several American missionaries, including Joel TEMPLE, coordinator for the French West Indies.
An environment for personal growth
The Caribbean Theological Institute has started with qualified, experienced professors, most of whom teach at other theological institutes in Europe and North America with excellent reputations. Our institute is affiliated with the CONTINENTAL THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY in Belgium, which since 1959 has trained thousands of men and women from more than 70 different nations as pastors, evangelists, presidents and directors of national Bible institutes, etc.
A transformative environment
At the Caribbean Theological Institute, we offer you not only an environment where you can learn academically, but also a framework where you can grow spiritually and develop an irreproachable character in the image of Christ.
Our goal is to train men and women in the image of Christ, whom the Lord will use to transform the world. To know Christ and make Him known, the only one who can transform lives in a positive and lasting way, even into eternity.
